Overview
A document management and verification platform with a public-facing portal where anyone can authenticate a document via a unique code, plus a secure admin panel to issue, manage and revoke documents. Eliminates forgery with server-side validation and a complete audit trail.
The challenge
The client issued certificates and official documents that were being forged and altered. Third parties had no reliable way to confirm whether a document was genuine, and manual verification by phone or email was slow and easily faked.
Our solution
We built a two-part system: a secure admin panel where authorized staff issue and manage documents, each stamped with a unique code and QR, and a public verification portal where anyone can enter that code to confirm authenticity. Because validation runs server-side against the database, an edited PDF simply fails to verify.
